What is your refund policy and how long it take to receive refund?

We don’t accept returns based on change of mind. Also, we process refund right away and refund will be settled within 10 business days.
When my order will be shipped?
Answer :
We are using FedEx as trusted courier company. Order will be shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on delivery location. All orders must pass through our review system, just to prevent online frauds. Sometime review process takes upto 48 hours. In that case, order can be shipped only after receiving final approval from Review Team which may take upto 3-4 business days to update tracking details for the order.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes, we offer pickup option at third party location. Customer can select pickup option from the cart page.
Do you offer same day or next day pickup?
As we are offering third party pickup service, we don't hold stock at the pickup location therefore we neither offer same day or next day pickup service. Based on order/s, we ship product/s to pickup location from our central warehouse located in Hong Kong and customer/s will be notified via email once their order/s will be ready for pickup. We are trying to cut down the transit time from central warehouse to pickup location yet customer/s can find next available pickup date on cart page.
Do you collect VAT on pickup?
Pickup service is strictly operating as a third party service. Due to offering third party pickup service, Grandy's Camera still carrying offshore company status. In this case, we neither collect VAT nor offering VAT includes prices.

DUE TO THIRD PARTY SERVICE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO COLLECT OR PAY VAT ON THE SOLD GOODS THROUGH GRANDY'S CAMERA WEBSITE. - IF ANY ISSUE OR CONCERN WITH THE PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICES THEN CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL ON INFO@GRANDYSCAMERA.COM. - THIRD PARTY PICKUP LOCATION WILL NOT HELP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. - FOR PICKUP ORDERS, CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED TO CANCEL THEIR ORDER/S IN FIRST 12 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER. No, all charges are covered in the final purchase price to receive product like custom duty, VAT and/or any additional charges in UK and in most EU Countries.

We are selling imported products on our website which are 100% genuine. There is no difference in the product whether you buy from us or from authorized reseller except warranty.
